Traffic is rented; conversion is owned. This blueprint is the architecture behind every site we build — the four systems that decide whether a visit becomes a customer.
Positioning — five seconds
Above the fold, in plain language: what you do, for whom, and why you. If a stranger cannot answer those three questions in five seconds, nothing below matters. Headline states the outcome; subhead states the mechanism; the primary button states the next step.
Proof — placed where doubt forms
Testimonials near the ask, results near the claims, credentials near the price discussion, real photos near the promises. Proof scattered on an “About” page is proof wasted. Every objection your sales team hears should have a visible answer on the page where it arises.
Path — one action per page
Each page has one primary action (call, form, booking, purchase) and supporting paths for the not-ready (guides, library, FAQ). Forms qualify before they collect; routing delivers leads to a human in minutes, not days.
Performance — the silent conversion rate
Sub-second loads on mid-range phones, mobile-first layouts, no layout shift. Every extra second is a measurable tax on every ad click you buy.
Instrument everything
Analytics, scroll depth, form abandonment, call tracking — wired at launch. Then improve monthly from behavior, not opinion: where visitors leave is the fix list, ranked by revenue impact.
