SEO fails when it is done out of order: content published on a broken foundation, links pointed at pages that cannot convert, technical work with no topic strategy above it. This blueprint is the sequence we run.
Stage 1 — Technical foundation
- Crawl and indexation: every money page reachable, nothing wasted crawling.
- Core Web Vitals in the green on mobile field data.
- Schema: organization, service, FAQ, article — machines should never guess what a page is.
- Redirects, canonicals and duplicate resolution.
Stage 2 — Intent mapping
List every query that could produce a customer and classify it: buy-now, compare, learn, local. Each query gets exactly one page. No cannibalization, no orphan intent.
Stage 3 — Money pages
The highest-intent pages are optimized first: title and structure mirroring the live SERP, proof placed where doubt forms, one clear action, internal links from everything relevant.
Stage 4 — Content engine
Buying-cycle content — comparisons, cost guides, problem pages — each internally linked to the money page it feeds. Refresh existing pages before creating new ones; an updated page outranks a new one.
Stage 5 — Authority
Links earned through digital PR, original data and real partnerships. Toxic links cleaned. Authority tracked per topic, not per vanity domain score.
Measurement ties it together: rankings for money queries, organic leads, and revenue — reviewed monthly. If a stage cannot be measured, it cannot be managed; wire the tracking before you start stage one.
