Posting more is the worst advice in social media. Volume without identity is noise; identity without rhythm is a hobby. This blueprint is the framework we run on every account.
Pillars, not topics
Four pillars, each with a job: Educate (answer the questions your sales team repeats), Prove (results, jobs, testimonials, before/after), Humanize (team, process, opinions), Convert (offers with a clear next step). Every post is assigned one pillar and one job before it is designed.
The weekly rhythm
- Monday: publish from the approved calendar; review last week's numbers.
- Midweek: community hour — comments, DMs, mentions answered in your voice.
- Friday: capture raw material — job photos, customer wins, team moments — into the content bank.
- Monthly: batch-produce the next month from what earned reach and conversations.
Formats fit platforms
Native or invisible: Reels for reach, carousels for saves, stories for conversation, LinkedIn documents for authority. One idea, adapted per platform — never cross-posted unchanged.
The measurement loop
Judge on business outcomes: profile visits, link clicks, DM conversations, leads captured — not follower theater. Each month, the top two performers get doubled down; the weakest pillar mix gets rewritten.
Social is the trust layer under every other channel: it makes ads convert better and gives sales warm context. Run it as a department, not a side task.
